Brusle De Monplainchamp, Jan

Brusle De Monplainchamp, Jan a Flemish biographer, lived in the early half of the 18th century. He was a native of Namur, and was canon of Brussels. He wrote a large number of works, among which we notice a history of Philippe Emmanuel de Lorraine: — of Jean d'Autriche: — of Emmanuel Philibert, due de Savoie: — of Alexandre Farnese, due de Parme: — and of the Archduke Albert.
