Brown, John C.

a Protestant Episcopal clergyman of the diocese of New Jersey, was born in New York city in 1828. He was ordained deacon in 1846; became rector of Christ Church, Walton, from 1847 to 1860; of St. Paul's, Trenton, from 1862 to 1877; and died in Trenton, March 28, 1877. See Prot. Episc.
