Brancaccio, Nicolo
Brancaccio, Nicolo an Italian prelate, was archbishop of Coseza, where he attached himself to Clement VII. This pontiff made him cardinal in 1378, then bishop of Albano. In 1412, in which year his death occurred at Florence, he was appointed by John XXIII legate to the kingdom of Naples. See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
