Bowles, Orlyn D.

a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born near Nashville, O., about 1836. He experienced conversion when about twenty-one, and in 1861 united with the Upper Iowa Conference. He was a man of prodigious energy, and labored with unflagging zeal and fidelity until his decease, March 18, 1879. Mr. Bowles was deeply pious, untiring in his pastoral work, and an able minister.
