Bourgeois, Francois
Bourgeois, Francois a French missionary, was born at Lorraine, and lived in the latter half of the 18th century. He was a Jesuit, and having completed his theological studies at Pont a Mousson, he left France, March 15, 1767, to go to China. At Pekin he became superior of the French Jesuits residing in China.
