Bonechi, Matteo

Bonechi, Matteo an Italian painter, flourished in the early part of the 18th century, and studied under Sagrestani. He is said to have finished the excellent frescos in the castello, begun by Gabbiani. He also executed a picture of the Holy Family, which was very fine. See Spooner, Biog.
