Bilgai (Heb. Bilgay', בַּלגִּי, prob. same signif. as Bilgah; Sept. Βελγαϊv), one of the priests that sealed the covenant after the restoration from Babylon, B.C. 410 (Ne 10:8); supposed to be the same as BILGAH 2.
