Bennett, Lucian S.

a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born at Norwich, N. Y., Feb. 22, 1810. He experienced religion at the age of twenty, and in 1834 entered the Oneida Conference. Having spent eleven years upon laborious charges, and three as a superannuate, he died, Aug. 3, 1851. Mr. Bennett was a man of much feeling and great success in the ministry.
