Bendtsen (or Bendt), Bernhard

Bendtsen (Or Bendt), Bernhard a Danish doctor of philosophy, and rector at Fredericksborg, was born there Feb. 3, 1763, and died Dec. 16, 1830. He is the author of Spec. Exercitatt. Crit. in Vet. Test. Libr. Apocryph. e Scriptis Patrum et Antiquarum Versionuum (Gottingen, 1789), and other works, for which see Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v. (B. P.)
