Bartlett, Horace

Bartlett, Horace a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Portland, Conn., Jan. 17, 1793. He experienced conversion in 1814, and in 1822 united with the New York Conference, in which he labored with devotedness, zeal, and success. He died Feb. 3, 1858. Mr. Bartlett's life was characterized by high integrity and uniform piety. See Min.of Annual Confjrences, 1858, p. 99.
