Barletta, Gabriel
Barletta, Gabriel a Dominican monk of Barletta, in Naples, who was living in 1480. He became so distinguished as a preacher that it was a saying in his time, "Qui nescit Barlettare nescit praedicare." He published some extraordinary sermons, entitled Sermones a Septuagesima ad Ferian tertiam post Pascha. Item Sermones 28 de Sanctis.
