Bareca (Βαρηκά), a village mentioned by Eusebius as lying near Azotus (Onomast. s.v. Βαρακαί); probably the present village Burka, an hour north-east of Esdtd (Van de Velde, Memoir, p. 291). SEE BENE-BERAK.
