Barbosa, Caetano

Barbosa, Caetano (surnamed Constantino), a Portuguese preacher, was born: at Evora in 1660. He became one of the best preachers of Portugal, and was commended for his inexhaustible charity. He wrote Sermon de Soledade (Lisbon, 1691). See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
