Barbiani, Giovanni Battista Simone
Barbiani, Giovanni Battista Simone an Italian painter, was born at Ravenna and flourished about 1635. He probably studied under Bartolommeo. He died in 1650. His finest oil- paintings are at Bologna, being two of St. Andrew and St. Joseph in the Church of the Frafiniscans.
