Balter, Suen

Balter, Suen, a Swedish theologian, was born in 17 3. He studied at Upsala, where he received his degree, and later became provost of the Cathedral of Wexio. He died Nov. 19, 1760. He wrote, among other works, Var Fratsares Jesu Christi Historia (Wexio and Stockholm, 1755-60). See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
