Baillu (Or Bailliu), Pierre De a Flemish engraver, was born at Antwerp about the year 1614. He studied the works of the great masters in Italy. Returning to Antwerp about the year 1635, he engraved several works of celebrated Flemish masters John Backer (Dutch painter), John Byler, Honore Urphee, and others.
