Bagot, Jean

Bagot, Jean a French Jesuit, who was born at Rennes in 1580, and died as professor of philosophy and theology at Paris, Aug. 22, 1664, is the author of, Dissertatio de Penitentia: — Libertatis et Gratice Defenisio contra Jansenium: — Defensio Juris Episcopalis et Libertatis, qua Fideles gaudent in Missis et Confessionibus de Prcecepto: — Dissertatio de Veritate unius Religionis Christianoe.
