Baanias
Baani'as (rather Banaias [q.v.], Βαναίας), one of the Israelites, sons of Phoros, who divorced his Gentile wife after the exile (1 Esdras 5:26); evidently the BENAIAH SEE BENAIAH (q.v.) of the correct text (Ezr 2:25).
