Azzan
Az'zan (Hebrews Azzan', עזָּן, perhaps a thorn; Sept. Ο᾿ζάν v. r. Ο᾿ζάν) the father of Paltiel, which latter was the commissioner from the tribe of Issachar for dividing the land of Canaan (Nu 34:26). B.C. ante 1618.
