Atkins, Samuel G.

a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born at Salem, Mass., about 1798. He experienced religion early in life, and in 1822 united with the New England Conference, in which he served the Church faithfully until his death at Dorehester, Mass., Feb. 27,1826.
