Anderloni, Pietro
Anderloni, Pietro a distinguished Italian engraver, brother of the preceding, was born in 1784. He studied under his brother and also F. Palazzi. He was in the school of Longhi nine years. He assisted that master in the production of many of his admirable works, among which was Ezekiel's Vision, after Raphael. He visited Rome in 1824, for the second time, to make drawings of the Heliodorus and Attila of Raphael. His principal works are, Moses Defending the Daughters of Midian, after N.
