Alvarez, Luiz
Alvarez, Luiz a Portuguese Jesuit, was born at Sao Romao, in the bishopric of Coimbra, in 1618, and died at Lisbon in 1709. This ascetic writer is regarded as a classical composer, and is the author of a great number of works, among others, Amor Sagrado Offereceo P.
