Alberti, Luigi
Alberti, Luigi, an Italian theologian, was born at Padua in 1560. He became a monk of St. Augustine, and professor of theology in his native place. He died at Paris in 1628. He published a number of Latin treatises, among which are, The Life of St. Nicholas of Tolentino (Padua, 1610): — De Reali Praesentia Christi iz Euch. Sac. (1613): — De Terrestri Paradiso (1619):Life of St. Clara de Monte-Falco: — Lectiones queadam de Operibus VI Dierum (1629): — Lib. de Praedestinatione et Repsrobatione (Ven. 1623).
