Acub
A'cub (rather Acuph, Α᾿κούφ v. r. Α᾿κούμ, Acum; both corruptions for Βακβούκ), another head of the Nethinim that returned from Babylon (1 Esdras 5:31); evidently the BAKBUK SEE BAKBUK (q.v.) of the genuine texts (Ezr 2:51; Ne 7:53).
