Achterfeld, Jodocus
Achterfeld, Jodocus, a Roman Catholic theologian of Germany, was born at Wesel in 1827. Is 1850 he received holy orders, lectured for some time at Munster; died at Anholt, Aug. 19, 1874, where he had labored since 1863. (B. P.)
